These cheap LiPo batteries I bought came with chargers that supposedly do safe charging, but the batteries read ~7.6v on multimeter but charger led still flashes green (nominal is 7.4) 🤔

Since the 7.4v is set by the chemistry, I'm guessing my multimeter is off by a bit, but is probably full and the charger is probably crap. Considering buying this more expensive charging device.
