by eating uncontrolled portions of fruit, sweet potatoes, beans, vegetables, soaked rolled oats, ground flax seed, meat, salt, water, and a tiny bit of olive oil/sour cream/butter and a tiny bit of electrolyte supplementation and vitamin B supplementation

the main principle is mostly just no refined carbs (which has massive cascading effects), but also everything is chosen to get all the B vitamins (and other stuff) that most people only get from fortified wheat flour. otherwise uncontrollable cravings.

no, but that would be cool. spot testing, my blood sugar doesn't go over 120, 60-90 minutes after a meal, so I'm not worrying about it too much. i'd still like to be thinner, though, which is why I'm doing this
