2x is 14% CAGR, 10x is 58%. These are value numbers that say nothing about liquidity. 10k may turn into 100k, but in the form of 30k realized dividend and 70k NPV-DCF for eg

For benchmarking the S&P has had a 13.67 CAGR over the last 10 years Or about 2x every 5y for the last decade. I personally think business risks should model out to at least S&P under conservative assumptions.
