Thinking back this morning to this post I revisit often.
I find it really helpful to gut check myself by the dimensions of:
- Process
- Goals
- Virtues

I liked this a lot too. Always good to think about which ethical framework one is thinking in.
This being a triangle is a bit weird though. In theory, virtue ethics subsumes or exists apart from the ends v. means discussions/spectrum. If you are good, your means & ends will be.

So, I weirdly find myself agreeing with everything on here. What now?

I think what I've found most helpful is thinking about... where do I feel stuck? Where do I see others being stuck? How are they thinking about what "good" is?
Example: I've seen "we followed a user centered design process" be taken sometimes as itself the success. That's 1 way!

y'all may like this personality test/card game I made up based on this post (the personality test is currently offline, but it basically puts you at one of the verticles of one of the triangles, so 6 archetypes, which can shift with retakes) quadrantology.com

(haven't had time yet to finish up the site and launch the whole thing as a product... but I do have printed decks that were playtested)
