Just had a very good interaction with Stripe customer support getting my artofgig wound down correctly with batch refunds. I had support interactions with my bank (utter failure), substack (confused but sorted out), and stripe (excellent and solved the problem right)

First: I had to get an estimate from Substack about how much refunds to plan for.
Second: I had to get money into stripe to cover the refunds.
Third: I had to have Substack run a batch of refunds.
Here’s what happened...

I’ll post the details later in this thread... errands. I think I may be a pioneer in being the first to systematically shut down a substack newsletter. Relied on beta internal features at substack that aren’t quite there yet.
