One of my projects that's kinda languished in ambivalence for years now is the ribbonfarm school... it's just not clear where to go with that that's low-effort enough for me to sustain

Watching grow his empire has been very illuminating... in terms of shedding light on what I definitely don't want to ever attempt. Which is run huge 1500-person cohort courses with an army of lieutenants and a secret service and air cover from a major book project

Even the thought of it exhausts me to the point I have to go take a nap. But there doesn't seem to be a small, snowflakey way to do online courses... I'm thinking hole-in-the-wall with styrofoam plates

I think you could easily run some indie consulting courses / training sessions. Seems like there's a bunch of appetite for the sparring sessions. I enjoyed that one session we did. Seems like they require minimal structure / tech on your side

I think I kinda got the "how" of indie consulting out of my system with art of gig and those sessions, so not inspired to do more there...

yak collective is fun because it's mostly about the content rather than how-to, and while I randomly help out indies there when I can on a one-off quick chat basis, I don't really want to do more than that
