The less you want to do about something the more you should talk about it. It’s the design principle of all x-washing theater. The converse is a bit trickier. The more you want to do something, *and have the capacity to just do it unilaterally*, the less you should talk about it

You need to talk about it only to the extent you need others to do things, like join you as employees or buy your stuff as customers
