The less you want to do about something the more you should talk about it. It’s the design principle of all x-washing theater.
The converse is a bit trickier. The more you want to do something, *and have the capacity to just do it unilaterally*, the less you should talk about it

You need to talk about it only to the extent you need others to do things, like join you as employees or buy your stuff as customers

If you cannot disguise what you’re doing, then as far as possible, just do it without explanation ot justification. Pave the cow[aths of conversations that ensue. Premature justification is the root of all self-owns.
One reason I am getting into storytelling is that the best stories seem to elevate discussions without actually getting into them via an unproductive current frame.
