I still don’t get the point with this stuff. Do I understand correctly that you get no rights or control. Just a claim to own the “original”? Or does that vary depending on the specific NFT?

a lot of people love collectibles. Expect nft pricing to resemble a power law with the top ~1% looking like luxury goods / art & the long tail closer to swagger / merchandise

why would new, unknown work be favored to existing, popular work? if "collectible" is the right mindset, the latter should be favored. The former is more speculative
