You’ve no doubt had many “yep, got it” conversations with bright as hell folks. People dropping the unnecessary rhetoric has the same effect as 2x time compression, maybe more.

Auto-speed up (because some people talk slower than others). You could also add filters to remove ah’s and um’s and a bs filter to remove irrelevant parts of a convo if it’s a business conversation unless you want to read between the lines (which could be a point of the story)

Could use something like GPT-3 to predictively complete people’s sentences after the first few words and play the audio at faster speed. So, speaking would essentially be manipulating the auto-fill algorithm and occasional “oops lol autocorrect” SNAFUs

I think this is a joke about how Clubhouse is an audio-only platform for "In Conversation With..." presentations or live podcast recordings, and the listener "pays" a real-time premium for the potential to interact with the host(s).
