Working in a Hollywood style writer’s room with a show runner herding a team to write stories... that must be a crazy experience. I don’t think I could do it. Like the transition from solo programming habits to shared git repos where the team owns the code, but harder.

I sort of half-ass made that transition back when I was still doing some programming, and it was hard, but at least there’s a ground truth for code where it runs or doesn’t, despite arguments about design. With writing, disagreements are much more he said/she said.

I thing shared writing is one of those things that proof you're a "real" writer, in a sense you can write anything. Writer along with a bunch of people, make the text work and be a good writing, it think it's really hard
