When you screw up one line in your design for a flat-bottomed boat, and start considering ways to salvage the design.
Try to avoid reinventing the keel.

My actual mistake was that the line that should be the bottom of the garboard connecting to the bottom should follow the rocker that I defined on the centreline, but I was looking in plan view and defined it at the same height that the stem and keelson connect to the bottom.

Better. Got a much better flow of work for next iteration.
To do: Wrangle Fusion 360 into producing the stations more easily.
Get some volume/displacement calculations on the go?

This is cool. What is the geometry of a hull? Looks like curvy tangents off circular sections. I’d like to design one to 3d print, just for fun.

So I am still learning, but the traditional method involves using flexible battens as splines, so I'm cheating and using the F360 spline tool.
I learned almost everything I know from doing it the old fashioned way
