I think that’s for the whole county, so it’s only 1 in 10 (so far) 
SoCal just issued an executive order easing air quality restrictions to allow crematoria to operate above normal limits to deal with backlog of 2700 Covid bodies. Ht @nils_gilman
LA also just crossed 1m cases, about 1 in 3. This is week 3 of 2021.
