Still can’t believe I caught this collection of aircraft in one relatively constrained frame on ADSB exchange; December 1 2020.
That’s a single-engine GA plane, a helicopter, some kind of Rutanmobile, and a U2.

In short, it's a system used by aircraft to transmit their navigation data over radio frequencies. You can receive the data quite easily with a simple software defined radio (SDR) setup.
