I don’t really get it. What will be the demands of this insurgency? Separate nation? Bring Trump back? Build the wall? Bring back the confederacy and slavery? Ban trade with China? To rule forever? I’ve never understood what Trumpies actually want from the majority.

“What do they want from the majority?” is a question that answers itself I guess...
They want it to stop being the majority, but there’s no path to that. US demographic destiny is set even if minority has the appetite for a world-record genocide, which I don’t think they do.

It's not an insurgency yet. It will become an open-source insurgency if people like Nance get the Patriot Act 2.0 and the CT task force they are pushing for. Lost of small groups. Each with their own goals.
Don't expect them to articulate clear demands. It's much easier to come together over what you don't want than to agree on what you do want. It was the same with OWS, CHAZ, the Tea Party, ...
This has been my biggest fear all along. They keep talking about a "second civil war," but they have no unified goal, no unified front. It will be chaos. Regional warlords making their own agendas and clashing at their own self-made borders. I am... not looking forward to it.
