In a way no but from a news perspective kinda. Why? Because just like with SM the major news stations keep endlessly reporting each others segments. It’s like seeing the same content posted as a tweet and then the tweet becomes an IG post which becomes a FB message etc
"Go on national television" is such an archaic turn of phrase. There really hasn't been any such thing for 30 years. The 3+1 free to air channels don't really fit that description anymore.
