It’s all the mayor on Twitter. Also a lot of tech feels bad because they’ve been told they’re the bad guys, so the power of being wanted is strong... I don’t think they’re going to like the summer there tho.

I think this is right, and this is what it will take to make it culturally, officially a Hub™. BUT it's also really as simple as way more people can and will work remotely now forever, and the climate is really really nice, plus low taxes and affordable housing.
