I am not sure, but this looks like a marginal difference that might have a number/combination of causes?

But this time? I see no trace of any thin margin anywhere. Or better: No US court / republican leaning judge saw evidence of a relevant number of false votes. Trump is just filling his war chest/private pockets at the moment.

Let me see if I read that graph right: 0.3% (non white) vs. 0.2% (while) voting processes took 90 minutes. (Very few?) If I had to guess I'd say there might be individual cases of unclear ID or so? I am not math geek enough to say if the correlation is significant.
