What’s break a sweat exercise? Top answer here is 5x30min. If that’s high intensity (sprints, etc), you’ll burn out **very quick**. Likely, Bad.

If it's a 5-6 km run it seems pretty reasonable. Better to run 5 km 5 days/week or 10 km 3 days /week? I voted the latter but the former seems pretty good to me.
