Are all Japanese cartoons in the “anime style”?
Or is there variety like in the US (Simpsons, South Park, Archer, Rick and Morty, Disney/Lonney Tunes... all seem visually very different to ne)

From what I've gathered, you can actually watch those in Japanese, and people do (especially Looney Tunes and Simpsons)

p.s. I once watched an entire King of the Hill episode in the Japanese dub on youtube (the original dialog was subtitled but it was a classic episode anyway) and apparently for shows like that, they use a certain dialect for US southerners and such

The 'animatrix' compilation had many different varieties all with significant differences.

Stylistically, Rick & Morty isn’t any different than Simpsons.
Simpsons spawned King of the Hill, Futurama, Family Guy, and Rick & Morty. The American style.
South Park is only different because of the construction paper aesthetic.
