It's very interesting, but I think you are assuming far too much (literal) linearity in how your mind processes information. Just because action-sets for given outcomes are 'iteration loops' (or widget circuits), doesn't mean that's how you conceive of them at root.

If you take any given subjective cognition, say yours, and you assess for any given step of an iteration loop, say any of - motivation - incentive explicitness - reliance on memory (and if so what type) vs instruction - somatic effort - motor skill etc required ....
