An aside: make someone care in one tweet is spear-phishing motivation. Only worked because I’ve been paying attention to you.

The only game series I’ve paid for in full across 4 iPad and one Oculus game is The Room. Which is basically Weirding in mansions.

Weirding in Mansions is basically a whole genre of games. For example here’s the famous painting troll strat from the Simspic.twitter.com/vw5Guw0mZH

How does he go down if the stairs are removed?

In the Sims you don’t have a single avatar. You can switch between managing different members of the family. He just switches to the painting troll and uses the interface to sell the paintings.

Oh yeah. Most of the games I’d think to recommend to you are more in the 3rd person/God’s eye view management genres.

Mostly it’s the time commitment of immersive worm’s eye view games that turns me off. But yeah gods eye view is also easier so suits my generally mediocre gaming skills.

Simulation-centric and management-centric games tend to be much easier to pick up and put down. And also not usually any mechanical skill needed. It’s all systems learning and analysis and experimentation.

I feel like a very typical market research segment persona. That’s exactly me. I almost never do mechanical skill games. Smash Hit was a rare exception.
