My priors: 6-15 min: Really hard. Needs tight script, rehearsal, memorization 15-25 min: Hard, needs talking points and rehearsal but not memorization. 25-45 min — Need to have mastered material and a rough arc in mind but no script needed. 45-120 min: verbal shitposting
