When you turn to look at somebody in gallery view in zoom, the other people see you turning in a random direction depending on your camera. It would be nice to have real-time deep-faked gaze tracking/synthesis. That way if someone produces a brainfart the rest can stare at them.

You can’t really read the room in zoom because there’s no coordinated social gazing. It’s central to many things.

I've opted for two monitors. I keep all my ADD stimuli on the screen with the camera and move the meeting elsewhere.
