The most useful thing about Myers-Briggs is that it’s an actually useful way of unbundling the self along relatively natural lines. It also fits well with a computational theory of mind without being too aspie about it.

Personality systems are about tractable ways of modeling a black box. Astrology probably being the first. Denying astral influence based on actual gravitic pull is hilariously missing the point. But...question: does knowing your "type"/sign/whatever collapse a wave function?
