I’m now officially registered as an out-of-state corp to do business in California. Why does it feel like I’m swimming against the current?
If I move again it’s either back to WA, or some rural underpopulated state with mansioning potential.
Hehehe welcome to real life. It’s the corporate equivalent of birth certificate vs drivers license. Large companies are typically registered in all 50 states and hire an army of accountants to be taxed in the most advantageous way.
