I get annoyed at 10 or whenever the quiet hours for the building start, whichever comes first. By 1 I’d be in hulk-smash mood. Big reason I moved from last apartment was noisy, music-playing, party-hosting neighbor I had a running Cold War with.
admittedly I might feel differently when I have an infant with a bedtime ^^
I do prefer going to parties that are held in houses tho, just because I get paranoid about irritating the neighbors in the apartment
