Huh interesting that despite the industrial slant to the prompt, a lot of people going with primarily social ideas. Didn’t think there was any real shortage of that. Definitely don’t need to convert retail space to industrial to sustain that, just different furniture.

I think this is because apart from food which needs to be fresh or warm, social things benefit disproportionately from good location. Maybe overpriced same day t-shirt printing for tech companies or students hosting in person events at the last minute as things suddenly reopen?
