The point of Atlas shrugged is that most people won’t benefit from its message. It’s not bad to indoctrinate the masses of worker bees to be team players as long as you can identify, separate and nurture the outliers who will be the drivers of drivers of invention.
The problem there is identifying the outliers. We don’t really know which children, when given the freedom to innovate, will be able to, or what they might come up with.
