Many people are picking up strong new habits during Covid *despite* themselves, many involving significant skills. My own breakfast burritos are now so good, I doubt I'll be eating them out again unless it's really special. I'm now a customer at tortilla level of supply chain.

It's just the normal recipe: scrambled eggs/substitutes, roasted potatoes, cheese, salsa, some sort of sauce, beans... the new skill was learning to roll it right and crisping it up. Tons of good vids on youtube :D Not special enough to post... it's just that I'm good at it.

what's your tortilla steaming process? i feel that's key to the roll. (my COVID skill is fried rice, which has me wondering if my eventual heart attack should be counted as a COVID-related mortality)
