A fun story I couldn’t fit in: when I received my copy of the book (bought used from Amazon), I Googled everyone he mentioned in the acknowledgments. I can’t remember exactly why I did this, but it turned up one useful hit: a coworker of Ansoff who seemed to reside in Manhattan.
