you need to add xanthan gum otherwise the texture is off. Can be bought in grocery stores

This works for me, but no guarantees: coffee (pref espresso/concentrated), 1-2 T coconut milk/cream or half/half dairy if you prefer (optional), 3-4 ice cubes, adjust to taste. Blender. Add 1 scoop Ascent (your preferred flavor) whey protein. Blend again. Frappish.
