People talk a lot about product-centric and customer-centric, but not much about employee-centric. Are there any good examples/theories of that? Only thing that comes to mind is 37Signals

costco comes to mind. zappo's shoes used to be, but they got acquired by amazon so i'm not optimistic.

I took the factory tour, read the book, lived in Vegas for 2 years... it’s a Tony Hsieh cult. They went holacracy a while and then rolled back. It’s basically a low-wage phone customer support company pretending to be a tech company. There is no tech depth there.
