Primary life bottleneck now is chronic eyestrain from too much indoor time and failure to acquire suitable visual hygiene habits like 20-20-20 (stare >20 feet away for 20 sec every 20 min). Even if I did that I don’t think it would be enough. Need long unmasked walks 

Does VR relieve eyestrain? I have an oculus quest... need to buy a good nature walk type app
