Primary life bottleneck now is chronic eyestrain from too much indoor time and failure to acquire suitable visual hygiene habits like 20-20-20 (stare >20 feet away for 20 sec every 20 min). Even if I did that I don’t think it would be enough. Need long unmasked walks 🤓🤬

Walks are uncomfortable masked so I don’t do them as often as I used to. Also glasses fog up if I loosen mask a bit. DTLA sidewalks are too dense to go for walks without... (I use a fake KN95... cloth doesn’t work at all with glasses)

Indoor environments are about 1% as bright as being outdoors.
