I’ve got mounting strategy anxiety rn because I’m not seeing any interesting super-right next moves. If this goes on I’ll have to make a spreadsheet soon. The chapters of my life I’ve navigated with spreadsheets have invariably been awful ones.

This sounds like wishful unicorn thinking. Need some examples. What was the one thing that Apple got really, really (really) right with the iPhone? How about Ford with the Model T?

I’m unsure how much of that “one thing” is just a grouping of a few other things that come together in order for to classify it as a single thing. Can you give an example of this “one thing”
