the pandemic has definitely lowered my physical health by like 10%
indoors/sedentary too much, disrupted gym routine, perhaps too much bad snacking (weakness for potato chips has reared its head again) 🤔
fortunately no significant deferred healthcare yet

2 recurring things:
1. Periods of bad eyesight (especially when I don’t go out for a couple of days in a row). Likely lack of distance focusing breaks, not screen time.
2. Joint pains. Location varies... neck, back, hip. Depends on how exactly I’ve been laying around too much.

If I had a mansion this wouldn’t be a problem. All this is due to sharing <700 sq ft with 1 other person. Screw high-density living.

tbh the only thing that has motivated me to stretch every day is pretending that I live on a small boat at sea. then i have no choice but to make due with small space/ be creative about exercises

High density living makes possible common amenities like cafes, parks and libraries for stretching one's limbs/a change of scenery
