the pandemic has definitely lowered my physical health by like 10% indoors/sedentary too much, disrupted gym routine, perhaps too much bad snacking (weakness for potato chips has reared its head again) 🤔 fortunately no significant deferred healthcare yet

2 recurring things: 1. Periods of bad eyesight (especially when I don’t go out for a couple of days in a row). Likely lack of distance focusing breaks, not screen time. 2. Joint pains. Location varies... neck, back, hip. Depends on how exactly I’ve been laying around too much.

tbh the only thing that has motivated me to stretch every day is pretending that I live on a small boat at sea. then i have no choice but to make due with small space/ be creative about exercises
