the pandemic has definitely lowered my physical health by like 10%
indoors/sedentary too much, disrupted gym routine, perhaps too much bad snacking (weakness for potato chips has reared its head again)
fortunately no significant deferred healthcare yet

when i had somebody else in the house i kept it down; takeout mainly because i'm not interested in cooking anything elaborate just for myself; booze mainly cause i'm bored and have no meaningful feedback vis-à-vis athletic performance right now

it was very easy to moderate when i saw my lap times slipping
