2 recurring things: 1. Periods of bad eyesight (especially when I don’t go out for a couple of days in a row). Likely lack of distance focusing breaks, not screen time. 2. Joint pains. Location varies... neck, back, hip. Depends on how exactly I’ve been laying around too much.

If I had a mansion this wouldn’t be a problem. All this is due to sharing <700 sq ft with 1 other person. Screw high-density living.

Very little takeout... cooking healthy meals mostly, but not enough veggies, and too much processed snacks outside of neals Mostly gave up drinking though

It seems to have set back my health metrics significantly. Daily pain is up by 30% based on self tracking and medication uptick but no way to get bloods to confirm.
