It doesn't seem like this is normalized for the number of people in each cohort. The clean lines may be hiding some unpleasant details.

But the y axis is percentage of national wealth. How are they splitting generations? What if boomers accounted for a much larger percentage of the country’s population at age 30 than Xers or boomers (they did)? Meaningless if not by individual
