cf the classic Rory Sutherland TED talk - if the ideas team come up with stuff, they have to run it past the money team. But there's no requirement vice versa!

I’m mostly thinking of personal projects but yeah. Though to some extent money people often need to convince idea people to work on their bad funded ideas and often it either doesn’t work or attracts grifters.
