I need to do something about growing eyestrain from 2x-3x screen and indoor time. Been practicing the 20-20-20 habit when I remember (stare at something >20 feet away, for 20 seconds every 20 minutes) but I keep forgetting, and I think I need more.

Do you use any blue-light-blocking apps (f.lux) or glasses (Pixel)? I've used the latter for the last two years and have felt a dramatic reduction in eyestrain.

One other tip (that sounds super basic) is to remember to blink frequently - it keeps your eyes from drying out. If you want to gamify it a bit, there's a new app called Eye Yoga that walks you through exercises to minimize strain. eyeyoga.app
