I need to do something about growing eyestrain from 2x-3x screen and indoor time. Been practicing the 20-20-20 habit when I remember (stare at something >20 feet away, for 20 seconds every 20 minutes) but I keep forgetting, and I think I need more.

Yep, 70% ethanol in water (formula from bio labs) also ruins Apple laptop screens too. Organic thin film coating materials are annoying. Would have thought solubility in ethanol to be low, but apparently not...
