I need to do something about growing eyestrain from 2x-3x screen and indoor time. Been practicing the 20-20-20 habit when I remember (stare at something >20 feet away, for 20 seconds every 20 minutes) but I keep forgetting, and I think I need more.

Also I think I ruined blue-light coating on my glasses by cleaning them with alcohol several times before realizing it is damaging. Now I use soap and water foe when I come back from outdoor excursions and glasses are lava.

Do you use any blue-light-blocking apps (f.lux) or glasses (Pixel)? I've used the latter for the last two years and have felt a dramatic reduction in eyestrain.

Bruh, this is part of what I do with . The better solution is not removing harsh blue light, but adding more longer wavelength blue to fill the cyan gap and causing pupil contraction. This also greatly improves sleep and happiness.

I switched to sitting 7' away a few weeks ago -- zero eyestrain. rtings.com/tv/reviews/bes are great enough as computer monitors now.

Multiple walks outside are A+. Get sun, vitamin D, look at the world at all distances. Acquire / borrow a puppy if you need an excuse for frequent walks

I got trapped in lockdown having put off a major eyeglass lens lens adjustment for a year. On the plus side: I no longer have any need to look at anything more than 25 feet away.
