Not the same as impulsive or thoughtless. This is after controlling for the amount of thought that went into a decision. Which is a function of how much time you have available for the decision. Which is rarely in proportion to the magnitude of the decision.

I've been curious about starting a decision journal. In brief, we journal in the context the decision was made under, like: state of mind; time constraints; physical well being etc. Where can I find one of those time machines?
