You want to write more online, but don't know what to write about... I struggle with this all the time. I may have solved this. At the heart of it lies a confusion: that we see experts as Gods floating in the clouds, rather than regular people slightly ahead of us on a journey.

It's easy to see Experts as masters of a particular domain. They are the ones best suited to educate the Novices below. I think this is wrong. Expertise is more like a LADDER.

At every rung, there are people above and below. You may surpass the experts you identify early on in your journey. Eventually you may even teach them a thing or two.
