Lean/niche content collectives.
Broad only works for a few, and even there is often a liability. What you gain in distro you lose in utility, reputation, and consumer closeness.
Lots of the best and most profitable outlets of the 2020s are likely forming now imo.

I'm stuck halfway between half-assed attempts at serious replies -- Burners, CNCF, Texas, open source -- and Marxist rhetoric: "I don't want to belong to any club that would accept me as one of its members" and "I have a mind to join a club and beat you over the head with it."
