A single crow has been mobbing and harassing some sort of hawk all by itself most of today outside my balcony. It’s hilarious. Normally you see a bunch of crows or other smaller birds mobbing raptors, but this crow decided it could do it alone. The hawk mostly ignored it.

actually since i just scrolled past this again, it might be a peregrine falcon. they take to tall buildings and they have that bib looks right. they're bigger than kestrel and i can't tell scale...

This makes me think it’s nit a peregrine. The wings are not pointy (I’ve seen it in flight)
