When call wait times are in the hours and your phone support staff are working shorter hours, making customers call to cancel things or request refunds within refund periods is basically theft.

I cancelled a refundable flight ticket on 17 March, only to discover that the airline is sending me a check by post all the way from USA to South Africa. Screw that. Not trusting 'refundable' tickets again.
