Gotta get more conservative about buying stuff you might want to return/cancel. Getting through to customer service for stuff like that is starting to get much harder. Was going to cancel a thing today but it showed 3h wait time so I gave up. Might try again tomorrow.

Customer service based out of India etc might not even be up right now since many call center employees don’t have computers at home to work remote (and iirc many outsourcing arrangements are contract to restrict that sort of thing anyway)

The supply chain is getting back up but the service/support system for a lot of stuff is starting to crumble I think
