Trying to come up with a sankey diagram type visualization of case flow across time. These numbers are mostly wild guesstimates, pulled randomly from media reports or out of my ass. The y-axis is severity segments, x-axis time.

The problem here is that this tracks ONE cohort of infections. You have a similar diagram every day and they have to be added up.

Might want to include/edit the sankey - From the cruise ship cdc paper, 46 percent were asymptomatic at the time of testing (they developed symptoms later during the period of infection) and 18 percent did not develop symptoms (not perceived or unreported) at all though infected.

Also latest investigations from Italy report fatality close to 1% coz reported deaths are only the diagnosed+hspitalised+dead.Doesn't include undiagnosed+not hospitalized+dead.Acc 2 new estimates actual fatality is on avg 4x the reported fatality by govt given widespread of virus
